• Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Policy

In the current century, environmental pollution, which has developed in parallel with humanity’s careless behavior toward nature, has become a common and universal problem worldwide. This issue, in short, originates from the human-nature relationship. From the perspective of “environmental consciousness,” there is no aspect of life concerning humans—or living beings in general—that is unrelated to the environment. Once this reality is understood, it becomes evident that preserving ecological balance is essential for the continuity of all life, and the full responsibility for this rests upon humans, the most intelligent beings. In summary, it is clear that all countries worldwide need to support each other and nature in practice to address this global issue.

When moving from this general perspective to the specific, and in line with what every organization should do, our activities are carried out with the aim of creating a safe environment for all employees, suppliers, customers, visitors, and other potentially affected individuals, both within and outside the workplace. To ensure this, necessary activities related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) are planned, implemented, monitored, measured, and continuously improved within our organization.

Within this scope, at ORAKA İNŞAAT, our customer-focused approach and environmental sensitivity are integrated with our Occupational Health and Safety concept, emphasizing the importance of human resources. Accordingly, our organization has established an Environmental, OHS, and Quality Management System. Our current system, covering ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards, continues to be developed and implemented to ensure understanding and awareness across all departments and individuals.
