In Ankara’s Altındağ district, the Altınyurt Shopping Mall and Dormitory Complex was constructed with a total area of 12,500 m², of which 5,500 m² is allocated to the shopping mall, 5,500 m² to the dormitory building, and 1,500 m² to the parking area. The 600-capacity dormitory building was leased in 2015 as a TÜRGEV girls’ student dormitory.
In Çayyolu/Beytepe, Ankara, the Orion Residences were built on a 6-decare land, consisting of 16 housing units. Of this area, 3,500 m² has been designated as green space, and the residences were designed in three types: garden duplex, penthouse duplex, and residence apartments.
In Istanbul’s Sarıyer district, the Studio Life project, covering a 2,000 m² area and consisting of two blocks with a total of 66 apartments, continues our investment efforts.
In addition to our residential investments, we contribute to the national economy through our integrated facility, established on a 3,000 m² area, which supports the annual harvesting of 20,000 m³ of planted trees, including fir, spruce, and pine.
